DNA extraction is a method to purify DNA by using physical and/or chemical methods from a sample separating DNA from cell membranes, proteins, and other cellular components. The use of DNA isolation technique should lead to efficient extraction with good quantity and quality of DNA, which is pure and is devoid of contaminants, such as RNA and proteins. Therefore, we at DTI are pleased to introduce you to our newly launched DTI FabSpin Tissue DNA Kit (Cat. No. DT9765A/B) which is designed for DNA extraction and purification from variety of tissue samples from animal source. This product is from our new in-house brand called “DTI” manufacturing products in India, where we can even design products for you as and how you want it and deliver them to you immediately at very affordable prices. The kit employs a unique lysis buffer for tissue to release genomic DNA. Appropriate conditions for binding of DNA to the silica membrane spin columns is achieved by addition of ethanol to the lysate. Wash buffers provided in the kit efficiently remove contaminations yielding in highly purified genomic DNA.
