The NucleoMag DNA FFPE kit is designed for high-throughput DNA purification from formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded samples. Paraffin is first removed from the sample using Paraffin Dissolver.

The Takara FFPE DNA QC All-in-One Kit combines qPCR-based quantification and fragmentation assessment in a single workflow. Using matched 92 bp (short) and 268 bp (long) assays targeting a human housekeeping gene, the kit calculates a long/short ratio that reflects DNA integrity and returns an absolute copy number of amplifiable molecules from as little as a few nanograms of input.
